What is wrong with my XBOX 360 microphone?
Ok so I just got a 360 and just got live. Everything is brand new. For the first day my microphone on live worked fine. Then the second day I could only hear the person I was playing talk, they couldn't hear me. I did not have mute on or anything. I use a wireless connection and only have one bar signal strength. Is this why my microphone won't work, since i have poor connection? I do plan on getting a better router for a stronger connection, but want to know if my microphone is broken. Also, it isnt the wireless headset just to let you know it that means anything. Thanks!

Try turning it on then off.Mine does the same. The signal strength has nothing to do with it. Also unplug your headset and plug that back in. Thats about all. Or go into the main blade and have a look under personal seeting and there is a voice tab there open it up and see if you are turned down or muted.
