It depends on the system manufacturer.
Some of the low-end systems (like those from Nady) are hard wired.
Shure generally uses a miniature version of what liikes like a tiny XLR connector.
Sennheiser uses a 1/8" connector...
Your best bet is to go back to the manufacturer and get a replacement.
