Which windstock should I buy for my shotgun mic?
I'm thinking of getting either an Audio-Technica ATR6250 or ATR6550

My first question is which one should I get, and my second question is how do I figure out which fur windstock I should buy?(A cheap one)
First, a "shotgun mic" is called that because of its audio pickup pattern.
The ATR6250 is a stereo condenser mic - not a shotgun mic. It has two mic elements (right and left) and there will be stereo separation to the left and right camcorder or field recorder audio channels resulting in a "dual polar" cardioid audio pick up pattern.
The ATR6550 is a mono shotgun mic - when it is in "tele" mode, and it cannot record in stereo. It is likely that when used with a consumer grade camcorder only the right channel will have audio. The "super cardioid" audio pickup pattern is a lot more focused and rejects a lot more ambient noise that the stereo mic will pick up.
In any case, to properly size a fuzzy (also called a "dead cat") or zepellin, you need to know the diameter (width) of the mic and the length of the mic area to be covered.
As for which mic to get, it depends what you need the mic for. Dialog generally uses a shotgun mic - you will need to do some audio post production work to get the audio on the left and right channels. Audacity can deal with that. For music videos, stereo is preferred.
There are stereo shotgun mics - like the Audio Technica BP4027 or BP4029... but they are very expensive.
