Rocky ka ‘Swayamvar’
Did you hear about the Tinsel town scandal of the top vamp’s ‘dramatic’ Swayamvar? Wasn’t it the craziest story of the year? Oh man! Don’t tell me you missed it? At least not the part in which our latka-jhatka queen got the Designer Golden Marquee Jewellery Set from her beau! You have got to hear it yaar.
Well you see, impressing her wasn’t easy. After all, our ravishing Rocky is world-famous for her ‘killer’ looks. And the two candidates who were shortlisted were damn confused about what could be the best way to propose her? They had had to offer Rocky the best when they proposed – izzat ka sawaal tha. And things became more complicated with Rocky saying, “Meri jaisi bharatiya naari ko impress karna mushkil hi nahi naamumkin hai”
Baap re! So what did the first wannabe Rocky’s Dulha get for her?
Entered dulha number one, in full style and swagger, trying hard to mimic a Kill Bill sword fight scene.
“ Rocky ji, ye talwaar aap ke liye”, he said.
“For me? Oh! But why, my maaacho-man?” asked Rocky.
“This prop will help you do your vamp roles better” he replied.
“Duur ho jao meri nazron se! I don’t want your talwaar-shalwaar. I am a born actor. I can kill with my looks.” said Rocky and gave us the venomous ‘killer’ look once again.
Oh, where was Rocky’s ‘Sapno ka Rajkumar’? God heard this ‘pyaasi-aatma’s’ wish. Entered Dulha number two.
“ RRRR….Rocky badi shiddat se poori kaayanaat ne tumhe mujhse milaane ki koshish ki hai.”
He took out a sparkling set of Designer Golden Marquee Jewellery Set and Exotic Homemade Chocolates. Rocky almost fainted only to be caught midway by our dulha. How romantic! Rocky covered her mouth in surprise (a la’ Sushmita Sen winning the crown).
The beau put a golden chain with a designer marquee shaped pearl and zircon pendant around Rocky’s neck. The pearl together with the zircon inset and matching ear-studs made Rocky look really beautiful!
As a return gift she her hero a pair of smart Sennheiser Headphones. “Isse tum mere dil ki har baat sun sakte ho”, she said.
