How to configure two wireless microphones?
I have two wireless microphones that work fine, but the only problem is that they are identical, both with the same receivers on the same frequency.
When i try and plug both receivers into different speakers, the mics interfere with each other, sometimes both relaying out of the same speaker, or both.
Also, there is a lot of static involved.
I have tried using only one receiver for both microphones, but only one mic can be used at a time, since you get cut off by someone speaking into the other one.
Is there anyway to somehow change the frequency of one of the receivers, or has anyone got a solution?
Check any of the user information that came with the mics. This should tell you if you can change the mics frequency. You'll also need to change the frequency of the receiver for it if you can change the mic frequency. A cheap wireless mic may not have the ability to change the frequency. Try the web site for the mic if you can find one to see if it says anything there if you don't have the paperwork. If you bought the mics locally, take them back and explain the problem. Maybe they'll exchange one to give you differenct frequencies.
