Multiple Microphones (for recording audio for film)?
I'm filming something, and we have more than one mic. One is the internal mic that comes on the camera, the other is a couple of those mics that just attach to your shirt (lavilier?) and another is a boom mic/shotgun mic. Now they all, at the end, turn into a 3.5mm jack. How can I record all the audio at once? My laptop can only hook up one single mic jack. Is there a device out there that can have multiple 3.5mm jacks hooked to it? I need something.
Even if it's not 3.5mm, if it's another jack that's fine. Just something that takes multiple audio and lets me record it to one source. I can always get some sort of converter if this device doesn't take 3.5mm. Thank you.
