Size of AKG CS1000 Microphone?
Looking for a holder for stand and they go to 30mm but can get larger holders. Just want to know if anyone can tell me if it will fit in 30mm as I cant find the dimensions anywhere. Its my girlfriends mic and i cant get to it with a ruler to measure it without her knowing I'm getting a stand for christmas! please help!!!

A normal mic clip is not wide enough for that mic because it is around 40mm wide.

Another thing you really should do is remove the "polar pattern converter" inside the mic if it is installed. The converter does not work well and the mic will be more prone to feedback with it there. All you need to do is unscew the grill part (it is the whole top of the mic) and then pull off the plastic converter if it is installed.
